When preparing pizza for New York Times Cooking, Chris Evans faced trouble opening a jar of sauce. However, Dakota Johnson stepped in to help, and with a playful wit she said, “Here’s how it’s done, Captain America.
In response, Evans proposed, “You’re planning on cutting out the difficult parts.” But prior to retrieving the jar again, Johnson managed to open it on his own, which left him astonished.
Apart from their banter, they occasionally teased about their playful “love triangle” involving their fellow actor Pedro Pascal, who stars as Harry in Materialists. Evans humorously commented, “Pedro’s being quite elusive right now,” hinting at their friendly rivalry. Despite the humor, it’s clear there is no animosity. Later on, when asked to describe Pascal, Evans affectionately likened him to a delicious “food dish.
