The film featuring Pawan Kalyan, titled “Ustaad Bhagat Singh,” which was previously halted in production, is now poised for a transformation. On social media, the creators recently shared a sneak peek of the lead actor resuming work on set.
In simple terms, the brief advertisement displayed him wearing a black attire, embodying Bhagat Singh, under the guidance of director Harish Shankar. Upon arrival at the set, the actress, Sreeleela, was also noticed.
Pawan Kalyan returns to Ustaad Bhagat Singh sets
As a dedicated follower, I previously announced, based on an early report from TopMob, that the production of the movie was planning to resume in June. Sources connected to the development process clarified that this phase would last for about a month, and the film is set to be released in 2026.
The highly anticipated project centers around the successful Tamil movie “Theri,” featuring the prominent actor Thalapathy Vijay as the main character. Under the direction of Harish Shankar, this film is likely to deviate from its original basis.
In this remake, originally helmed by Atlee, we follow the narrative of a former police officer who’s now living under an alias and is pursued by his old life. Remarkably, the movie starring Vijay has also been reimagined in both Hindi (as Baby John) and with Varun Dhawan in the lead role.
In terms of his professional endeavors, Pawan Kalyan will also appear in a movie titled Hari Hara Veera Mallu. This film, helmed by directors Krish Jagarlamudi and AM Jyothi Krishna, narrates the tale of the renowned bandit Veera Mallu, who confronts the Mughal Empire during the 17th century.
Initially scheduled for a June 12, 2025 release, the movie has been delayed again because of ongoing work. It’s now expected to hit cinemas in July instead.
In addition to HHVM and Ustaad Bhagat Singh, Pawan Kalyan is set to appear in “They Call Him OG,” an action-packed gangster drama directed by Sujeeth, who is well-known for his work on the film “Saaho.
The movie is set for release in theaters on September 25, 2025, featuring prominent performances by Emraan Hashmi, Priyanka Arul Mohan, Arjun Das, Sriya Reddy, and others in significant parts.
