Actor Dhanush is gearing up to debut his upcoming movie Kuberaa on the big screens, scheduled for release on June 20, 2025. In a recent appearance, he showcased his casual demeanor at the film’s audio launch and appeared to make a subtle remark directed towards Nayanthara.

In his address, the actor stated, “Feel free to circulate any gossip or unfavorable news about me you desire. With every film I release, there’s a smear campaign against me a month and a half prior. However, your efforts will be in vain since my fans serve as my unwavering pillars of support.

As a grateful admirer who’s stood by his side for two decades, I can attest that he views us not just as fans, but as his cherished friends. It’s preposterous to imagine that baseless gossip could ever bring him down.

He went on to say, “Regardless of who you are, the course of your life depends greatly on your thoughts. Opportunities will find their way to you, and nobody can deny those to you. Embrace happiness. Happiness is a decision you make for yourself, and it’s something that resides within you.

Dhanush shared that there was a period where he found it difficult to secure a single meal each day, but currently, he’s thriving. Notably, the star known for “The Gray Man” mentioned that he has never sought joy externally; instead, his ultimate goal in life is to be content and at peace.

For those who may not know, there has been recent news about Dhanush and Nayanthara following a legal action taken by Dhanush against her. The action came in response to her documentary that featured visuals from the film Naanum Rowdy Dhaan, which was produced by Dhanush, also known as Captain Miller.

Nevertheless, the legal notice sparked quite a commotion as actress Nayanthara wrote her own public statement criticizing the actor, turning the issue into a very public dispute between them.

In simple terms, the upcoming movie of Dhanush titled Kuberaa is a blend of social issues and suspense, skillfully directed by Sekhar Kammula. Notably, Nagarjuna Akkineni shares the lead role with Rashmika Mandanna, while Jim Sarbh plays significant supporting characters.
