A fresh photo from the set of “Daredevil: Born Again Season 2” appears to hint at the comeback of the White Tiger, albeit in an unexpected manner. The White Tiger, originally played by Kamar de los Reyes in the first season, was tragically killed off in the show by Sergeant Cole North, portrayed by the late actor. Interestingly, filming for Daredevil: Born Again Season 2, featuring Charlie Cox, is underway in New York City at present.

It’s possible that The White Tiger could make a comeback in Daredevil: Born Again Season 2, hinted by a recent photo from the set. A user shared an image on X (previously known as Twitter) featuring Camila Rodriguez dressed as Angela Del Toro, who is related to the White Tiger character (Hector Ayala) in the series.

It seems plausible that rumors about Rodriguez inheriting the White Tiger role, following Hector Ayala’s character, could become a reality. The notion of Del Toro becoming the White Tiger initially gained traction following Ayala’s demise in the series.

In Episode 3, named “The Hollow of His Hand,” Officer Cole North fatally shot a man named Ayala in the head. This incident occurred after Ayala was acquitted for the murder of a police officer. The character Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock, also known as Daredevil, represented Ayala during his trial. Unfortunately, Ayala didn’t get to savor his newfound freedom for too long before he was shot, leaving Angela Del Toro deeply saddened. After Hector Ayala’s demise, Angela Del Toro assumed control over the White Tiger amulet.

Filming for Daredevil: Born Again Season 2, which began back in February, is still underway here in New York City, as reported by ComicBook.com. It appears that production may continue until August. The next season, therefore, is projected to be released in the year 2026.
