The Thing Goes Shirtless in Fantastic Four’s Marvel Legends Action Figures

Hasbro Pulse recently unveiled the new action figures for the upcoming Marvel Legends collection based on “The Fantastic Four: First Steps”. Alongside Sue Storm, Human Torch, the Thing, and Mr. Fantastic, fans were treated to a sneak peek of the Silver Surfer figure in this lineup. Set to hit shelves on July 25, 2025, “The Fantastic Four: First Steps” serves as an introduction to Marvel’s original superhero family within the MCU.

All Fantastic Four action figures from Marvel Legends series revealed

Recently, Hasbro Pulse hosted a Marvel Legends live stream event, revealing the upcoming action figure line for The Fantastic Four: First Steps characters.

The images offer a vivid depiction of the abilities possessed by Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman (Sue Storm), The Thing, and Human Torch. Moreover, a figurine of the Silver Surfer, accompanied by his cosmic surfboard, was also revealed.

The Fantastic Four action figures based on Marvel Legends seem designed to emphasize each character’s unique abilities. For instance, Sue Storm’s figure comes with a forcefield accessory. In contrast, Mr. Fantastic, portrayed by Pedro Pascal in this version, shows his powers through an elongated arm on the figurine. The Human Torch has two different action figures; one depicts Johnny Storm wearing a suit with flamethrower-like attachments on his hands, while the other shows him fully ablaze. Notably, the Thing’s figure is presented in a way that mirrors comic book art, sans a shirt, even though he wears a turtleneck suit in the movie. However, it’s worth mentioning that in comics, the Thing often appears without a shirt most of the time.

On X (previously Twitter), Hasbro Pulse declared that fans can start pre-ordering these action figures from May 30th, 1 PM ET, on Hasbro Pulse. They also mentioned that the MarvelLegendSeries Fantastic Four: First Steps wave will be unveiled during today’s #MarvelLegends #Fanstream – marking the future of Marvel’s First Family. Each figure is sold separately.
