Recently, at the John Wick Experience in Las Vegas’ replica Continental hotel lobby, The Direct’s Russ Milheim asked Ana de Armas if she might be involved in the next chapter of the John Wick movie franchise.

The actress appeared eager about the idea, yet hesitated to give a definitive yes. She said something like, ‘That sounds fantastic! I’d adore it. What’s stopping us? Well, they’re already acquainted, aren’t they? So why not? It just makes sense. I’d be thrilled with that. That would be terrific!’

In the timeframe between John Wick: Parabellum and John Wick 4, the upcoming movie titled Ballerina follows Ana de Armas’ character Eve Macarro as she embarks on a dangerous mission to seek vengeance for her father’s premature demise. The latest trailer of the film also features a confrontation between Eve and Keanu Reeves’ lethal assassin.

At this point, it’s unclear if Ana de Armas’ character will make it through her encounter with John Wick. Fans are also eagerly waiting to see how the writers might bring back Keanu Reeves’ character in John Wick 5, possibly incorporating Ana de Armas into the film’s ensemble.

Currently, there’s no specific release timeframe announced for John Wick 5. In the meantime, eager fans can catch Keanu Reeves reprising his role as John Wick in the film “Ballerina,” set to be released in theaters on June 6, 2025.
