Best Secondary In COD: Mobile Season 5 (2025)

In terms of secondary weapons, we strongly recommend opting for a pistol over melee options. Although melees can be exciting and lethal, they necessitate being up close and personal with your adversary, which might put you in harm’s way. On the other hand, a pistol offers versatility, allowing you to handle situations from short to medium distances without needing to get too close.

Among the choices presented, I must confess my personal favorite is the MW11. The L-CAR 9 and .50GS are solid options, but nothing quite compares to the MW11 in my opinion.

In Season 9, it received a substantial boost that made it almost absurdly powerful. Although its power level has been dialed back somewhat since then, it remains a quick-firing, high-damage handgun capable of being customized with numerous accessories.

Regarding shotguns, the R9-0 model has been ruling the game dynamics (meta), and it’s unlikely to change in Season 5. This weapon provides a blend of semi-automatic and pump-action functionality, allowing it to discharge more than one round before needing to be reloaded.

With its rapid triggering system, it becomes lethal; should your initial shot not be precise, you can swiftly follow up with a more accurate second attempt.

The large rotating magazine and numerous accessories give it an edge over many other shotguns, with the KRM-262 (similar to the R9-0) being its main rival in the weapon meta of Call of Duty: Mobile during Season 5.

Regarding the standout submachine gun from Season 5, it remains the CBR4, even with all the updates it’s undergone in the last year.

It boasts rapid firing, minimal recoil, and the ability to effectively engage opponents within medium range, making it an exceptional Submachine Gun.

In this class, there are several alternatives that we appreciate, including the PPSh-41, however, if you’re seeking the top choice, it would be the CBR4.

This season, the XM4 is turning out to be an outstanding choice for an assault rifle. In fact, it’s been one of the go-to weapons in various versions of Call of Duty, and it’s clearly demonstrating the same effectiveness in COD: Mobile.

Beyond this point, the M13 remains unrivaled as the top assault rifle in Call of Duty: Mobile. It’s incredibly user-friendly with an extensive selection of accessories, making it a versatile weapon that excels in various situations as well. This AR, crafted in America, demonstrates mastery in multiple areas too.

Honorable mentions: FFAR 1,AK117, Grau 5.56, Peacekeeper MK2, Kilo 141.

For mid and close range, the Grau 5.56 is better than Peacekeeper MK2 and M13.

Best LMG In COD: Mobile Season 5 (2025)

Regarding the light machine gun class, it is hard to look past the Holger 26.

In Season 9, the Hades weapon underwent enhancements that boosted its firepower, effective range, and reduced its bullet dispersion. To top it off, at its fundamental level, it features a massive 100-round Light Machine Gun, transforming it into a colossal force in the hands of skilled users.

Has any weapon in Call of Duty: Mobile held a dominant position for a longer time than the DL Q33 sniper rifle? The CBR 4 and the ZRG 20mm may dispute that, but neither have maintained the lasting influence of the DL Q33 – popular among both casual and professional players.

Among the handful of weapons in the game capable of instantly defeating opponents, the DL Q33 stands out as the ultimate sniper rifle. It boasts exceptional accuracy and a faster-than-average rate of fire, making it hard to match for those who can regularly hit their targets.

In past seasons, the power of the DL Q33’s new signature accessory was reduced, but this adjustment primarily impacts its effectiveness in battle royale games. This modification doesn’t significantly alter its position at the top of the sniper rifle rankings.
