The company behind Pokemon, The Pokemon Company, has announced that the game called Pokemon Legends: Z-A will come out in October for both Switch 1 and Switch 2 devices. But there’s more exciting news about Pokemon coming before the fall! A special digital event called Pokemon Presents has been planned for July.
On July 22nd, 2025, it was disclosed this morning by The Pokemon Company that a Pokemon Presentation event is scheduled for that very day. This will mark the second Pokemon Presentation of the year, following the first one which took place on Pokemon Day in February.
It’s rare for a Pokemon Presents event to be scheduled so far ahead of time. Likely, we’ll get additional information about the upcoming game, Pokemon Legends: Z-A, which should be available for pre-order in North America by that point. However, since these events usually feature Pokemon Go, Pokemon Unite, and other spin-offs, it’s clear that the company has more surprises in store as well.
As a diehard Pokémon enthusiast, eagerly anticipating the release of Pokémon Legends: Z-A on October 16, 2025, I’m thrilled to learn that there’s more excitement in store for us all before then! With a Pokémon Presents scheduled for July, it seems like the wait is going to be even more exhilarating.
