Michael Bay clarifies involvement in Skibidi Toilet movie

Contrary to earlier speculations, it’s now officially confirmed that Bay won’t direct the Skibidi Toilet film. In an Instagram video, Bay explained his role in the project, stating that he’ll only be working as a producer for the Skibidi Toilet movie, not the director.

Commenced last week was the production of the Skibidi Toilet movie. Bay has been collaborating with his creative crew on this venture since the summer of last year. He recently shared a sneak peek about the project as well. His team consists of Jeffrey Beecroft, an Academy Award-nominated production designer (12 Monkeys, Transformers, A Quiet Place), and Rob Legato, a three-time Academy Award winner for VFX supervision (Titanic, Avatar, Hugo, The Jungle Book). Invisible Narratives is handling the production, development, and financing of this project.
