19-year-old TikTok personality Anna Grace Phelan passed away following a struggle against brain cancer. Her family shared this tragic news on May 23, 2025, via a post on her TikTok account. The message conveyed, “With deep regret, we share that our beloved daughter, Anna Grace Phelan, is now reunited with her loving Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

In September 2024, residents of Jefferson, Georgia learned that Phelan was diagnosed with glioblastoma, a grade 4, incurable, and non-surgical brain tumor. Her health issues started a month prior with symptoms such as numbness in her face and leg, vision impairment, and balance problems. An MRI scan later unveiled a brain lesion, which was subsequently confirmed to be an aggressive tumor following a biopsy.

In a TikTok video, Phelan expressed that this was the toughest piece of news she had ever encountered. Trusting in God, she planned to persevere and carry on. Throughout her healthcare journey, she regularly updated her followers about her progress.

On May 14, 2025, Phelan shared that her tumor had expanded and was now in an area where it was preventing her from breathing. Unfortunately, it can no longer be removed surgically. The parents of the deceased, Buddy and Nadine Phelan, along with their son Harper David Phelan, were the ones who lived on after her. They arranged her funeral for May 29th at a church in Jefferson, Georgia. She graduated from high school in 2024 and held a job as a receptionist at a medical office.
