As a die-hard admirer of the timeless Tom and Jerry cartoons, I find an uncanny resemblance in the plotline of this Malayalam movie. Much like our beloved duo, it revolves around a mouse character, sharing the same name, who stirs up chaos within a household of people and even expands the mayhem to the surrounding village!
The film centers around some amusing interactions and unexpected situations, where the challenges that arise for the characters stem from a pesky little mouse.
Initially viewed as a problem confined to a single household, the search for a solution to the mouse infestation gradually expands, involving the whole village who devise various strategies to catch and eliminate the unwanted rodent.
Simultaneously, they begin to grow closer and eliminate any tension among themselves within the family, even offering insightful remarks about their familial dynamics.

Jerry features Sunny Joseph, Rooth P. John, Kottayam Nazeer, Kumar Sethu, Anil Shivaram, Abinn Paul, among others, in his work.
The movie is helmed by director Anish Uday, and it’s a production of Jaison and Joyson. Arun Vijay is responsible for creating the film’s music soundtrack.
