In September 2024, Actor Ravi Mohan publicly announced his separation from his wife Aarti. The situation became even more heated when the name of Singer Kenishaa Francis emerged as a possible cause for their breakup.
In light of the ongoing divorce process, the Madras High Court has recently issued a new set of instructions for both parties to follow.

As per India Glitz’s report, the court has now given an instruction that neither party should make further harmful remarks about each other, especially in public spaces.
The guidance given applies equally to Ravi and Aarti, asking them to erase or hide any harmful comments they’ve made about each other on social platforms. Furthermore, the court suggested that instead of discussing their disputes publicly, they should resort to lawful channels for resolution.
This decision by the Madras High Court is a reaction to the ongoing verbal exchanges between the two parties, which they’ve been posting on social media platforms.
Given the significant nature of this divorce case, legal officials have intervened to avoid additional conflict or scandal surrounding it.
Previously, it was reported that in the course of their ongoing divorce, Aarti Ravi is said to have asked for an alleged monthly amount of 40 lakhs as either alimony or maintenance from her husband, Ravi Mohan.
Until the court resumes the hearing on June 12th, the actor has a period leading up to that date to present his response to the petition submitted by his spouse.
Meanwhile, Kenishaa Francis, a well-known singer, has publicly disclosed on social media platforms that she’s been subjected to abusive and menacing communications. These messages contain inappropriate and harmful material aimed directly at her.
The singer-turned-therapist appealed for “a moment of breath without hatred” from everyone.
