PS Plus June 2025 games leaving confirmed with only one addition announced so far

June is set to be an exciting time for gaming enthusiasts with the annual Summer Game Fest event on the horizon and the highly anticipated release of Death Stranding 2. In addition, PS Plus subscribers can look forward to some fresh games. The titles departing PS Plus in June 2025 have been disclosed, while only one new game has been confirmed thus far, and it’s a significant one.

Although it’s not a vast collection of games leaving, there are a couple of quality titles worth mentioning. Monster Hunter Rise is another excellent addition to the renowned Capcom series, while Inscryption, an indie game, is a masterpiece that everyone should experience.

Game joining PS Plus

On May 28th, we can expect to learn about the June 2025 lineup for PlayStation Plus games. So far, only one title has been confirmed – the initial launch of the cooperative shooter from Remedy Entertainment, titled FBC Firebreak.

We were privileged to get an early look at FBC Firebreak, and we couldn’t contain our excitement after trying it out. It carries the distinctive flavor and eccentricities of a Remedy game, and it feels like a timeless cooperative shooter. The gameplay is frantic, fitting perfectly within the world of Control, and it’s an experience that subscribers should be eager to play at no additional cost.

In other PlayStation news, there are rumors of a Showcase or State of Play for the summer.
