Based on reports from E! News, the current custody agreement will hold up until a court hearing scheduled for June 4. At this hearing, it’s anticipated that Bailey may petition for permanent custody. This decision follows a domestic violence restraining order that Ariel (the Little Mermaid star) was granted on May 13.

For now, DDG is not allowed to interact with either Halle or Halo directly, approach their residence or vehicle, or get within a distance of 100 yards from them. Additionally, he currently does not have visitation rights with Halo; these will only be granted once the court provides additional instructions.

Through court documents, it is clear that Bailey expresses worry about the actions of her former partner, DDG, and how they affect their son. According to this decree, DDG is unable to submit applications for travel documents for Halo or escort him outside of the country. If future travels become permissible, extensive details about the journey will be necessary. This includes flight itineraries, contact information, and even an open airline ticket for Bailey.
