The long-awaited movie of Pawan Kalyan, titled OG, is back in production after a brief halt due to his busy schedule. Now, it’s interesting to note that renowned Japanese actor Kazuki Kitamura has joined the cast. Recognized globally for his role in Kill Bill, his inclusion in the project has left many intrigued. Who is Kazuki Kitamura?

Kazuki Kitamura is a well-known Japanese actor, recognized in Japan’s film industry as well as on TV screens. He has gained international recognition primarily due to his appearances in Quentin Tarantino’s films Kill Bill: Volume 1 and Volume 2.

At the 21st Yokohama Film Festival, Kitamura was honored with the Best Supporting Actor award for his outstanding performances in films such as Minazuki, Kyohansha, and Kanzen-naru Shiiku.

Kitamura’s personal life, aside from his acting career, has been a topic of interest as well. He tied the knot with a non-celebrity partner in 1993 and together they welcomed a son, Shosei Kitamura, who also ventured into acting. Unfortunately, their marriage came to an end in 2012 after 19 years. In 2019, he found love again, marrying someone outside the entertainment world for the second time.

Kazuki Kitamura in Pawan Kalyan’s OG

Film cameraman Ravi K Chandran has previously announced on his social platform that two well-known actors from abroad have joined the cast of OG. He posted a picture with Kazuki Kitamura and disclosed that the Japanese actor will take on a significant part in the movie featuring Pawan Kalyan.

In this film, we have Thai actor Vithaya Pansringarm, famously portraying a villain in “Only God Forgives,” joining the cast. It seems that director Sujeeth is leaving no stone unturned with his creative decisions for this movie.

In addition, the movie serves as the cinematic entrance into Tollywood for the Bollywood star, Emraan Hashmi. The leading lady is played by Priyanka Mohan, while the ensemble includes Arjun Das, Prakash Raj, and Abhimanyu Singh in supporting roles.
