Spike Lee has unveiled the initial teaser for his crime thriller “Highest 2 Lowest,” co-produced by A24 and Apple, which features Denzel Washington, A$AP Rocky among others. The film is set to hit theaters on August 22, and will be available to stream on Apple TV+ from September 5 following its premiere later this month at Cannes Film Festival. William Alan Fox wrote the script for “Highest 2 Lowest,” which draws inspiration loosely from Akira.
