During an interview with Tudum, Justin W. Lo (showrunner and executive producer) shared some insights on what viewers can anticipate from the concluding part of the story.
He mentioned that one of the enjoyable aspects of this particular season is the “Prince Charming” factor, as Joe has become famous. Previously, he’s managed to fly under the radar, which allowed him to transition smoothly from season to season and location. However, his newfound fame in New York has brought more attention from social media, offering an intriguing aspect for us to delve into.
Will Netflix release more seasons or episodes of You soon?
Netflix has announced that there won’t be any additional seasons or episodes for the series “You”. Instead, Season 5 has been confirmed as its concluding chapter.
During an interview with Tudum, it was revealed by co-showrunner Michael Foley that the creators had planned to conclude the series in its fifth season. Their intention was to return Joe’s character to New York for the final episode and felt it fitting to complete his journey by bringing things “back to where it all began for him.
