Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds attend Time100 gala together

On the vibrant night of April 24, 2025, I was thrilled to attend the prestigious Time100 Gala held at the iconic Jazz at Lincoln Center in the heart of New York City. And who should grace the event but none other than the captivating Blake Lively and the charismatic Ryan Reynolds! It was a star-studded evening, indeed.

As a gaming enthusiast, I was there to celebrate my partner’s recognition in TIME’s prestigious list of the Year’s 100 Most Influential People. Dressed in a subtle pink Zuhair Murad gown adorned with emerald and gold accessories, she was nothing short of radiant. On the other hand, I donned a sleek black tuxedo with classy black patent loafers, ready to support my partner on this special occasion.

As I step out on the red carpet, I find myself right smack in the middle of an ongoing legal drama. It all started back in December 2024 when I filed a complaint with California’s Civil Rights Department, alleging sexual harassment and retaliation. Then came the federal complaint in January 2025. My counterparts, Justin Baldoni and his legal team, responded with a countersuit, implicating me, my partner Ryan Reynolds, and our publicist Leslie Sloane. This intricate case is scheduled for trial in March 2026. Here’s to seeing it all play out!

Lawyer for Baldoni, Bryan Freedman, asserted that the Lively parties and their legal team exploited a subpoena to circumvent usual legal processes. He stated that Jonesworks, a PR firm associated with the case, provided data from former employee Jennifer Abel’s phone under a “false” subpoena. Freedman suggested that the subpoena originated from a lawsuit filed by Vanzan Inc., a dormant company connected to Lively and Reynolds.

Instead, Jones’ attorney, Kristen Tahler, countered that Baldoni’s team had abandoned past allegations and failed to provide fresh evidence. In her words, their actions appeared as a “desperate attempt.

Lively’s legal team stated in a January 7 declaration that her federal lawsuit encompasses “grave accusations of sexual harassment and retaliation.” They expressed dissatisfaction with reactions intended to discredit her claims, stating that such behavior is unlawful and that it would not hinder the legal proceedings.
