As a diehard admirer, allow me to express my unbridled enthusiasm for the Malayalam-language action comedy, Chotta Mumbai. This cinematic masterpiece was brilliantly directed by Anwar Rasheed and written by Benny P. Nayarambalam. It spins a captivating yarn centered around Vasco Da Gama, affectionately known as Thala, along with his band of loyal companions. I simply can’t wait to immerse myself in this exhilarating journey!

Living carefree, Thala and his companions find themselves jobless, causing unrest within their community. But the situation takes a grim turn when they cross paths with a crooked police officer who doubles as a gangster.

In the film titled “Chotta Mumbai,” the prominent character is played by Mohanlal. Alongside him, there’s a diverse group of actors including Kalabhavan Mani, Siddique, Jagathy Sreekumar, Indrajith Sukumaran, Manikuttan, and Bijukuttan, among others. This film is produced by Mohanlal’s long-time friend and fellow actor, Maniyanpilla Raju.

In this film, Rahul Raj takes charge of the songs and soundtracks, while Alagappan N maneuvers the camera. Lastly, Don Max oversees the editing process.

On the professional side of things, Mohanlal’s latest appearance was in the film titled “L2: Empuraan.” This movie is helmed by Prithviraj Sukumaran and represents the second part of a proposed trilogy within the Lucifer series.

As a dedicated follower, I’m thrilled to share that I’m part of the audience eagerly awaiting the release of a film featuring Mohanlal reprising his role. This cinematic masterpiece boasts an illustrious cast including Prithviraj Sukumaran, Abhimanyu Singh, Manju Warrier, Tovino Thomas, Indrajith Sukumaran, and many others. Additionally, we’ll catch a glimpse of Rick Yune and Pranav Mohanlal in cameo appearances. If you’re interested, you can watch it right now on JioHotstar.
