As a die-hard fan, I can hardly contain my excitement as James Gunn’s reimagining of Superman graces our cinema screens this July! To honor the iconic return of the Man of Steel to the silver screen, Funko has dropped an amazing set of Pop! figurines, showcasing the main characters from the upcoming movie. The collection features Superman in various forms – regular, jumbo, and keychain versions. But let’s not forget about Krypto, Superman’s loyal canine companion who truly stole the spotlight in the film’s first trailer! Also included is Lois Lane, the intrepid Daily Planet reporter who is also Superman’s love interest, and the cunning villain Lex Luthor. I can hardly wait to get my hands on these fantastic figurines!
The Pop! Superman figure presents him flying forward, whereas the Jumbo Pop! version shows him with an angled face and extended fist. Lastly, the keychain portrays another flight pose, where Superman’s hands are at his sides. All three figures depict Superman in his signature outfit, no sign of Clark Kent here. Krypto is also shown flying with outstretched paws in figure form, while Lex Luthor stands firm in a dark purple suit and black shoes, holding a Luthorcorp cup. In contrast, Lois Lane’s figure captures her mid-stride and includes details like a media badge, gold watch, and matching brown shoes and belt.
