The First Descendant has given birth to Ultimate Blair, marking our final major character for the season before Season 3 debuts in June. As of now, we’re in the dark about Season 3 details except that The First Descendant will no longer be playable on PS4 and Xbox One consoles. Although specifics are scarce, fans of The First Descendant can look forward to new swimsuit skins, reminiscent of Marvel Rivals, as speculation builds.
Reminder that new swimsuit skins are coming to The First Descendant
Currently, I’m thrilled to share some exciting news as a fan! It appears that swimsuit skins are on their way to Marvel Rivals! This information has been officially confirmed by Marvel themselves. They’ve announced the return of their Marvel Swimsuit Special comic series in July, promising new costume designs that will soon be available in Marvel Rivals.
For those thrilled about Marvel Rivals’ recent update, let’s not forget that summer swimsuit skins are also coming soon for The First Descendant! As confirmed by TFD producer, Lee, on Discord as far back as November 2024.
The upcoming swimsuit line is scheduled for “summer” delivery, which usually means they’ll become available around August, similar to our past offerings of beachwear.
There haven’t been any sneak peeks or previews of the new skins yet, but there are many more characters that Nexon could add to their roster. Following the release of previous cosmetics, Nexon has introduced popular characters like Hailey, Ines, and most recently, Serena.
Although looking forward to fresh beachwear this season and visiting Hot Springs next year, fans face a disappointing reality. As confirmed by producer Lee, Nexon will not re-introduce any of the swimsuit outfits from last year. The reason being that the 2024 summer swimsuit skins were special, limited items, making them unable to be resold due to legal restrictions on their resale.
