50 Cent and his production team at Fathom Entertainment have unveiled the initial trailer for their forthcoming survival horror film titled “Skillhouse.” Starring Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, who is also a producer, this movie is slated to hit theaters on July 11, 2025.

The movie’s plot immerses viewers in a life-threatening social media crisis, as depicted in the summary. Ten popular personalities are enticed into a malevolent content studio where they must engage in deadly social media contests. In this place known as Skillhouse, influence isn’t just about popularity; it’s about staying alive.

As a gamer, I found myself trapped in an ominous virtual world, where influential figures from social media were forcibly brought in. Each of them had millions of followers, and our survival hinged upon one brutal game. The rules were simple: we needed to create content that garnered the most likes, or risk a horrifying end at the hands of 50 Cent.

The film “Skillhouse” is helmed by Josh Stolberg in both writing and direction. An impressive lineup of actors graces the screen, including Bryce Hall, Hannah Stocking, Neal McDonough, McCarrie McCausland, Caitlin Carmichael, Leah Pipes, John DeLuca, Emily Mei, Dani Oliveros, Ivan Leung, Gilli Messer, Abigail Killmeier, Drew McAnany, and Kaitlyn Squires. Notably, combat sports fighter and social media sensation Paige VanZant is also part of the cast. In addition to 50 Cent, the movie is produced by Ryan Kavanaugh, Shane Valdez, and Brad Baskin.
