Get Refunded for Ultimate Weapons in The First Descendant Update

In simpler terms, The game developer, Nexon, recently launched an update for The First Descendant which brings in Ultimate Blair as a new character. Although the introduction of this ultimate character is the main highlight, the update (version 1.2.14) also includes numerous gameplay enhancements, bug fixes, and adjustments. Among these enhancements, Nexon has announced that players who meet certain criteria in The First Descendant will soon get their money back for Core Binders due to this new release.

How to get The First Descendant Ultimate Weapon refunds

After the launch of version 1.2.14, Nexon has posted an announcement on Discord about refunds for Ultimate Weapons. According to the creators of The First Descendant, update 1.2.14 has made enhancements to “Ultimate Weapons to make them more user-friendly”.

According to Nexon, when I’ve got identical weapons, the unique ability enhancement levels get merged together and applied. Plus, if a weapon has an unlocked core, I can obtain it with the core already unlocked!

Due to the recent update, any “Core Binders” that were previously used for multiple core unlocks on the same weapon have now been returned to your inventory.

Concerning refunds, players who had unlocked Cores for two or more identical weapons prior to update 1.2.14 are eligible. The number of “Core Binders” these players used excessively (more than one) will be returned. For instance, if you had unlocked Cores for three Smithereens, you would receive two “Core Binders” in your in-game mail as compensation.

To wrap up, the “Core Binders” that have been refunded can be located through in-game email from April 18th onwards. No expiration date has been specified in the announcement, but it’s likely that the email containing them will have an expiry date attached.
