FX unveiled when the seventeenth season of “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” is set to premiere, and they additionally revealed that this new season will commence with a much-anticipated episode featuring a crossover from “Abbott Elementary.
When is the It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia Season 17 release date?
On July 9, 2025, the seventeenth season of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia will debut on FXX. The following day, fresh episodes will become available to stream on Hulu. In addition, the series is set to make a grand comeback as FX revealed that the premiere episode will feature an exciting crossover with Abbott Elementary.
Previously, the team from Abbott Elementary had worked on comedy this year, in an episode titled “Volunteers”. This collaboration is set to continue with Sunny’s upcoming 17th season debut. A sneak peek of the episode shows the group attempting to form a boy band, swiping brownies, and other amusing antics.
