The upcoming movie “Kuberaa,” starring Dhanush, is preparing for its premiere on June 20, 2025. Before the release, the producers have shared an exciting piece of news: the debut single from the film will be unveiled earlier than expected, on April 20, 2025.
On their social media accounts, the production team shared a festive dance photo of Dhanush along with the caption: “The team behind #SekharKammulasKuberaa extends warm Puthaandu (New Year) greetings to everyone! The first single from #Kuberaa will be released on April 20th. Catch it in theaters worldwide starting June 20th!

For a while now, the film “Kuberaa” has been in development, and it’s being promoted as an intriguing blend of social and thriller genres. The star-studded cast includes Dhanush, Nagarjuna Akkineni, and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles, while actors like Jim Sarbh and Dalip Tahil take on supporting roles.
The upcoming film is predicted to center around the story of a homeless man experiencing significant life upheaval, leading to an extraordinary metamorphosis. It’s rumored that this production will delve into the topics of covetousness and aspiration, as characters grapple with ethical quandaries.
