Former UFC Champ B.J. Penn Says Mom, Brothers Were Murdered & Replaced

Previous UFC titleholder, B.J. Penn, has made a series of posts on social media accusing his mother and siblings of being killed and then replaced by impersonators.

What has BJ Penn been saying about his family?

On Instagram, Penn posted a sequence of videos, where he showcases images he asserts are stand-ins for his own family members. In the description accompanying one of these videos, Penn mentions that his mother Lorraine Shin, along with brothers Jay Dee Penn, Reagan Penn, and Kalani Mamazuka, were allegedly killed and subsequently replaced.

Penn presents what he asserts as proof, such as distinct ear shapes and eye appearances among certain family members according to his statements.

In a separate video, Penn presents pictures of his sibling J.D., arguing that the individuals in each photo appear distinct. Additionally, he disclosed text conversations with his brother where he requested images of J.D. showing a smile to substantiate what Penn considers as evidence suggesting that his brother might not be his genuine sibling.

Rapidly, the troubling posts caught the interest of Penn’s supporters and the wider UFC audience. Reactions to the videos vary from intrigue to calls for Penn to seek assistance, which some suspect is a sign of a potential mental health issue. It’s not the first time such allegations have surfaced about Penn. Just last month, Penn posted a video featuring his mother in a kitchen and asserted that she wasn’t his actual mother, but rather an imposter who was threatening legal action against him.

BJ Penn, a renowned figure in the realm of mixed martial arts, was once a UFC champion but has since retired from active competition. His most recent bout took place in May 2019 against Clay Guida, marking his seventh consecutive defeat and ultimately the final fight of his career.
