Good Bad Ugly Ending Explained: How did Ajith Kumar’s fun and stylish entertainer end?

On April 10, 2025, the movie “Good Bad Ugly,” starring Ajith Kumar, made its grand debut on the silver screen. Directed by Adhik Ravichandran, this film has been warmly welcomed by fans of AK since it premiered.

In this movie, we follow the tale of AK, also known as Red Dragon, a ruthless crime lord who chooses to turn himself in. His decision comes after his spouse rejects him due to his meddling in their personal affairs, especially those involving her and their child.

After serving time for his wrongdoings, the man steps out of prison on the day his son turns 18. Yet, their happiness is short-lived as his son finds himself in trouble with the law, charged with drug offenses and the murder of his girlfriend.

Once more, AK transforms into the notorious Red Dragon, reclaiming his former gangster persona, all in an attempt to save his son. Through his investigations, he uncovers that this son has fallen into the hands of a dangerous gang known as the Dark Wolves, with Johnny (portrayed by Arjun Das) at their helm.

Upon further examination, it’s been uncovered that the Dark Wolves gang is not led by a single individual, but rather a pair: Johnny and his twin brother, Jammy. Furthermore, AK discovers that his son wasn’t set up due to his criminal background, but because his wife secretly recorded Jammy making a confession instead.

Instead, let’s delve into AK’s background, uncovering that he was associated with various illustrious criminal activities. We found out that he fought alongside the Korean gangster Dong Lee, visited New York with John Wick, and took part in the Money Heist while incarcerated with The Professor.

In a desperate last attempt to rescue their son, AK’s spouse, Ramya (portrayed by Trisha), believes eliminating the twins might be the simplest solution. Unfortunately, while trying to save him, she inadvertently guides them towards AK’s hidden sanctuary instead.

Currently confronted by the twins, AK utilizes raw power to subdue them and subsequently delivers them to the law enforcement officers, thus safeguarding his child. Yet, during transit to the detention facility, the twins manage to break free.

In an unexpected turn of events, AK, sensing trouble brewing, catches up with them as they try to flee, effectively halting their getaway.
