Shocking Set Photos Reveal Bullseye’s Return in Daredevil: Born Again Season 2!

Photos taken on the set during filming in New York City suggest that a significant antagonist will make a comeback in the upcoming season 2 of “Daredevil: Born Again.

While Marvel hasn’t made an official statement yet, the leaked images have sparked much discussion that Wilson Bethel’s character, Bullseye, might be assuming a bigger part following his thrilling jailbreak at the end of Season 1, leading fans to speculate about his future involvement.

It appears that photos taken on set in New York on April 9, 2025, seem to show Bethel in a more laid-back attire, which was later shared online.

A user on the platform that was once known as Twitter posted, “WILSON BETHEL APPEARED IN HIS RELAXED ATTIRE. #DaredevilReborn.

In the eighth episode of Season 1, the character Benjamin “Dex” Poindexter managed to break free from prison during a brutal riot, employing his very tooth as a weapon. However, a recent set photo seems to indicate that he may make it through the final episode and return for Season 2.

Bethel’s comeback suggests a change in the show’s storytelling approach. Previously, it didn’t seem like there were plans for Bullseye to make another appearance or cross paths with Matt Murdock again. However, in the revised plotline, Bullseye appears to be positioned as a major adversary in the upcoming series.

Previously, Bethel mentioned that instead of continuing immediately from where we left off, the show actually takes place five years later. He also hinted that some tales may not be shown directly, but there’s an added sense of life experience to it.

In the first season of Born Again, the authorities transfer Dex into a regular prison population. It appears that Dex deliberately goads Matt into punching him, causing one of his teeth to be knocked out, which he later uses as an escape tool. During this altercation, Dex hints that he can only disclose who hired him while outside of prison and expresses gratitude towards Matt for the blow. After escaping, Dex attempts to assassinate Mayor Fisk at a gala, but Daredevil steps in to prevent the attack and takes the bullet instead.

As the new season gets underway, we’re approaching the end of Season 1. The cast includes Charlie Cox, Vincent D’Onofrio, Margarita Levieva, Genneya Walton, and Michael Gandolfini. Dario Scardapane is in charge as the showrunner.
