Louis Vuitton is elevating high-end dining to unprecedented levels through a unique three-day culinary alliance between star chefs Gaggan Anand and Yosuke Suga. From May 8th to 10th, the Louis Vuitton venue in Bangkok will play host to an exclusive pop-up restaurant experience that seamlessly combines the vibrant tastes of Anand’s innovative Indian cuisine with the delicate finesse of Suga’s French-Japanese culinary mastery.
Anand, who has been recognized with rankings of #1, #31, and #99 in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants for his Bangkok eateries, is renowned for his unique dishes that blend molecular gastronomy with Thai and Japanese elements. Alongside him will be Chef Suga from the esteemed Sugalabo and SUGALABO V by Louis Vuitton in Tokyo, who has gained acclaim for his precise cooking style and deep-rooted French culinary skills, refined under Joël Robuchon.
At the refined atmosphere of Louis Vuitton’s Bangkok location in Gaysorn Village, this exceptional culinary experience showcases the brand’s dedication to artistic innovation and superior quality in various fields, including fashion, art, and haute cuisine.
At the current moment, each guest will find that the cost for the tasting menu is set at around 430 US dollars (or approximately 15,000 THB with added charges), and reservations are quite limited. If you’re intrigued and wish to reserve a spot, you can do so by visiting Gaggan at Louis Vuitton’s official website.
