Paramount Pictures has revealed the digital and DVD release dates for their latest suspenseful thriller featuring Oscar winner Anthony Hopkins as William Larsen and Bill Skarsgård of John Wick: Chapter 4 fame as Eddie Barrish. This movie is brought to you by Sam Raimi, renowned for creating Evil Dead, who takes on the role of a producer in this project.
In the given synopsis, when Eddie enters a luxurious SUV, he unwittingly falls into a lethal trap designed by William, a self-styled vigilante meting out his distorted form of justice. With no possible way to flee, Eddie is forced to battle for his life in a vehicle where escape seems impossible, survival turns into a nightmare, and the concept of justice takes on a sinister twist.

Beginning April 22, 2025, you’ll be able to rent or buy this movie digitally. Later, on August 26, the DVD version will hit the shelves. After premiering in theaters last March 21, the film has garnered a Tomatometer score of 65% on Rotten Tomatoes from 66 reviews.
As a fan, I’d like to share my excitement about the film I recently watched, which was brilliantly directed by David Yarovesky. The screenplay was skillfully crafted by Michael Arlen Ross, drawing inspiration from the 2019 Argentinian action movie 4×4. An impressive ensemble cast, including Gabrielle Walsh, Michael Eklund, Dan Payne, Ashley Cartwright, Navid Charkhi, and others, brought this production to life. The Avenue and Paramount Pictures were in charge of the film’s distribution, ensuring it reached a wide audience.
Before its release, the Motion Pictures Association rated the movie an R for its strong violent content, frequent use of language, and brief drug use. With a runtime of 95 minutes or 1 hour and 35 minutes, this horror thriller kept me on the edge of my seat from start to finish.
