The Baahubali series, featuring Prabhas as the main character, comprises two key movies: Baahubali: The Origin Story and Baahubali 2: The Endgame. This grand saga, masterfully directed by S.S. Rajamouli, raised the bar for Indian films and played a significant role in shaping the development of film franchises.

In the same vein, the films KGF: Chapter 1 and Chapter 2, featuring Yash, presented an exhilarating action narrative about Rocky Bhai’s journey to power. This tale of ambition and opulence has earned a cherished place in Indian cinema lore.

2024 saw the return of Allu Arjun to the silver screen with “Pushpa 2: The Rule,” helmed by Sukumar. This movie has grown into a series and is poised to carry on, with a third part named “Pushpa 3: The Rampage.

To put it simply, this year saw an extension of the Lucifer series starring Mohanlal with its second part, L2: Empuraan. Even though the movie is currently showing in cinemas, plans for a third installment, tentatively called L3: The Beginning (or possibly L3: Azrael), are already underway, with American actor Rick Yune reportedly taking on the lead villain role.
