Thunderbolts* Gets a Unique Red Guardian Popcorn Bucket From AMC

A popcorn bucket modeled after David Harbour’s character, the Red Guardian, who rode in a limousine, has been revealed by AMC Theatres. This collectible is fueling enthusiasm among fans as Marvel Studios’ Thunderbolts movie is set to release soon. The film boasts an impressive cast that includes Harbour, Florence Pugh, Sebastian Stan, Wyatt Russell, Lewis Pullman, Hannah John-Kamen, Olga Kurylenko, and more talented actors.

AMC’s Thunderbolts* popcorn bucket lets you ‘ride in style’ with Red Guardian

Recently, AMC Theatres unveiled a sneak peek at their exclusive Thunderbolts popcorn container, modeled after the iconic red limo of Red Guardian (Alexei Shostakov).

The popcorn bucket shares a similar red hue to the car and bears marks that seem like bullet holes. Moreover, it features “Red Guardian limo service” in writing and the character’s star emblem. From May 1, 2025, fans can seize their buckets for a fun popcorn experience by either opening the car’s engine or sunroof merchandise.

Announcing the debut of our new venture on platform X (previously known as Twitter), AMC Theatres excitedly declared, “Experience luxury rides with an unanticipated crew! Beginning May 1st, grab the unique #THUNDERBOLTS* Red Guardian limousine souvenir at AMCTheatres, while supplies persist.

Supporters accumulated comments, where one individual posted a gif of Red Guardian from the film, accompanied by, “Ha! Absolutely taking this!” Another participant chimed in with, “That’s fantastic!” (Alternatively, “That’s amazing!”)

The action-packed movie titled “Thunderbolts” is scheduled for release on May 2. This film centers around an intriguing ensemble of antiheroes, consisting of Yelena Belova, Bucky Barnes, Red Guardian, Ghost, Taskmaster, and John Walker. As per AMC’s official synopsis, the plot revolves around these characters being trapped in a deadly scenario orchestrated by Valentina Allegra de Fontaine. Subsequently, they are compelled to undertake a perilous mission that will require them to confront the deepest, darkest secrets of their past.

Earlier, Marvel Studios revealed an official popcorn bucket themed around The Fantastic Four: First Steps, which was modeled after The Thing character, during the CinemaCon event.
