A deep purple accentuates the Lakers-themed design by appearing on the left shoe’s heel Kobe signature and the right shoe’s outsole. This pair stands out from previous releases due to an oversized “8” overlay at the left shoe’s heel, which might be accompanied by “24” – his other jersey number – at the right shoe’s heel. The design is further enhanced with a snakeskin-inspired tongue tag and laces.
