Daredevil’s Shadowland suit gets highlighted in new Born Again Season 2 set video
As an ardent fan, I’m thrilled to share that a recent sneak peek from Daredevil: Born Again seems to hint at the moment when Charlie Cox will don the Shadowland suit adorned with “DD” emblem on its chest. This switch-up is expected to occur during Season 2, making it an exciting addition to the storyline!
In the video released by Splash News, Daredevil – portrayed by Cox – confronts a group of AVTF belonging to Wilson Fisk. The purpose appears to be rescuing an elderly woman in distress. Throughout the ensuing battle sequence, Daredevil manages to subdue his adversaries, leaving the woman aghast as she stands near a van. Once the fight concludes, the Hell’s Kitchen protector, clad in his Shadowland suit, converses briefly with the shaken female before swiftly departing from the scene.
Although Marvel hasn’t given any details about the storylines for Daredevil: Born Again’s sequel, the leaked set footage strongly suggests that Season 2 will incorporate aspects from the Shadowland comic series. Penned by Andy Diggle, this celebrated storyline has Matt Murdock, aka Daredevil, being possessed by a mystical demon called The Beast and becoming the leader of the Hand. Consequently, Murdock adopts an all-black costume to reflect his new identity and sets out on a vigorous mission to eradicate crime in New York City.
As a devoted fan, I’ve been thrilled to watch the first six episodes of Daredevil: Born Again Season 1 so far! The final three episodes are set to premiere soon, and I can hardly wait to see how this gripping story unfolds.
