Living the Dream, a sequel to their 2013 social simulation game. This upcoming title lets Mii characters engage in various shenanigans as they live together on a vast island.
The sneak peek video for Tomodachi Life: A Fantastic Vacation depicts Mii characters breakdancing, appreciating blooms, and squabbling. It’s apparent that the series maintains its signature goofiness in a scene where a character dreams of an enormous friend-turned-kaiju looming over them.
Tomodachi Life: Enjoying Your Best Life is a follow-up to Tomodachi Life, initially launched in Japan for the 3DS in 2013 and later brought to North America and other areas in 2014. A spiritual successor, Miitopia, appeared in 2016, but Living Your Best Life marks the return of a genuine Tomodachi Life game after more than ten years.
2026, here I come! Excitedly, I’m looking forward to diving back into Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream on my Switch. And if that weren’t enough gaming goodness, today’s Nintendo Direct also dished out some tasty updates about Metroid Prime 4 and a fresh Marvel brawler – talk about a dream come true for gamers like me!
