For several months now, the legal battle between actors Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni has been a hot topic in media circles. As new developments unfold and legal papers are filed, there’s much debate about which party holds the advantage.

Is Blake Lively or Justin Baldoni winning in their lawsuit?

The ongoing legal dispute between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni is raising eyebrows as people try to determine who might come out on top. Yet, since the final decision hasn’t been made, it remains unclear who the victor will be. At this point, the trial has been scheduled for March 2026.

On The Town podcast, he stated that it seems unlikely a resolution will be reached since Baldoni is more concerned with proving his innocence instead of negotiating a settlement. Freedman also mentioned that the accusations have greatly affected Baldoni.
