In March, some outstanding games will be added to the Extra tier of PS Plus. These include UFC 5, the captivating Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, and the continuation of the acclaimed Syberia series. On March 18th, these games will become available. Additionally, Sony has announced two new free games that will be offered to PS Plus members in April 2025, and both are day-one releases with one coming out early.
PS Plus April 2025 free games
Two free games confirmed for PS Plus in April 2025 are Blue Prince and Tape 2 of Lost Records Bloom & Rage.
Starting with Blue Prince, this is set to be added slightly early on April 10th. It is a day-one release that is coming to PS5 and PC only. As for what Blue Prince is all about, it’s a highly-anticipated puzzle game with a gorgeous unique art style.
Various outlets, such as PC Gamer, have built up anticipation by suggesting it could be Game of the Year contender. It’s set in a mysterious mansion with rooms that change positions. To solve the mystery and make progress, you must decipher puzzles while trying to find Room 46.
The other confirmed free game is Tape 2 of Lost Records Bloom & Rage, which arrives on April 15th. This is when the other PS Plus Extra and Premium additions for April 2025 will arrive, too.
The first tape for Lost Records Bloom & Rage was added in February, so you can play it right now. Lost Records is by Don’t Nod, the creators of Life is Strange, and the game is an episodic narrative where a group of friends attempt to confront dark secrets dating back to an event that took place in summer 1995.
