What else do we know about Marvel’s Thunderbolts*?
In addition to Stan, the Thunderbolts team also features Florence Pugh portraying Yelena Belova, David Harbour taking on the role of Alexei Shostakov/Red Guardian, Wyatt Russell playing John Walker/U.S. Agent, Olga Kurylenko as Antonia Dreykov/Taskmaster, Lewis Pullman as Bob/Sentry, Hannah John-Kamen assuming the character of Ava Starr/Ghost, Geraldine Viswanathan as Mel, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus in the role of Valentina Allegra de Fontaine.
In Thunderbolts, Marvel Studios brings together an unusual band of morally ambiguous characters – Yelena Belova, Bucky Barnes, Red Guardian, Ghost, Taskmaster, and John Walker. The movie’s plot unfolds with these disenchanted individuals being caught in a deadly trap by Valentina Allegra de Fontaine. Faced with a perilous journey that will make them confront the deepest shadows of their past, they must decide whether their internal conflicts will tear them apart or lead them to find redemption and unity before it’s too late, transforming into something greater than themselves.
1) In the production of Thunderbolts*, Kevin Feige takes on the role of a producer, whereas Louis D’Esposito, Brian Chapek, and Jason Tamez act as executive producers. He has also contributed to television series such as Lodge 49, Dave, Beef, Star Wars: Skeleton Crew, among others.
Thunderbolts* will be released in United States theaters on May 2, 2025, from Marvel Studios.
