Neople, developers of The First Berserker, have announced that their upcoming PS5 action game has reached the gold stage, indicating that the final version of the game is now ready for pressing onto discs. Although the game isn’t scheduled for release until March 27th, 2025 (or March 24th with the Deluxe Edition), the team is expected to focus on a day-one patch in the meantime.
In Twitter, they announced from their official account: “The release is nearly done, and we’re eager for you to explore the realm we’ve created on March 27. We appreciate all your support — our next destination is launch day!” This new game, set in the Dungeon & Fighter universe, resembles Dark Souls in its action RPG format, but with a more direct progression path. You can currently test it out in the PS5 demo, which is accessible on the PlayStation Store.
