In the upcoming episode of the show, airing on March 12, 2025, we’ll get to know one of Martin and Smitty’s adopted children, Tyrell, who joins the cast. The other child, Samantha, is portrayed by Najah Jackson. Jaden Lucas Miller will be making his series debut as Tyrell.

Hailing from Raleigh, North Carolina, Miller applied for the role of Tyrell in November 2024, just a short while after joining North Carolina A&T University.
