The narrative of Laila centers on Sonu (Vishwak Sen), a popular beauty salon proprietor in his community, who is admired by the local women. However, when he encounters the troublesome Rustum (Abhimanyu Singh), a local rowdy, and SI Shankar (Babloo Prithviraj), things take an unexpected turn for him. In order to evade their threats, Sonu assumes a new persona – Laila, which brings about unforeseen obstacles in his life.
In the movie, Rustum brings about humorous scenes, while Akanksha Sharma is predominantly seen during musical numbers. Additionally, there are scattered nods to Chiranjeevi throughout the film.
