EA (Electronic Arts) and Full Circle Studios are diligently working towards releasing the next iteration of Skate, but this week they confirmed that early access will indeed be available in 2025 for those who have been wondering. After finishing another round of playtesting, they plan to send out more invitations as they gear up for the early access launch of Skate, which is scheduled for 2025.
As a gamer, I’ve just hopped off the virtual skateboard after catching wind of some exciting updates from our dev crew! They spilled the beans on their social media channel about the latest insider playtest, and let me tell you, it was a rollercoaster ride of tricks both in and out of skate parks. We’ve been grinding rails, jumping over traffic, and even popping ollies on top of buildings!
But Good thing we’ve got a soft landing in this game.
The team’s got more good news for us skateboarding enthusiasts: they’re inviting even more players to join future insider playtesting sessions. And if that’s not enough, they’re still sticking to their guns about an early access release in 2025 – mark your calendars, folks!

As a gaming enthusiast, it’s no wonder that the team behind Skate decided to share some exciting news about their game this week. Given that Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 was announced not long ago and is set for release in July 2025, it’s clear that both Electronic Arts and Full Circle are eager to remind gamers that Tony Hawk isn’t the only iconic skating franchise with big plans this year.
