Cecilie Bahnsen’s The North Face Collaboration Is Back in Bloom

Following her successful partnership with The North Face in the previous season, Cecilie Bahnsen returns with further floral adaptations of the brand’s distinctive features. In this second collaboration with The North Face, Bahnsen explains that she is building upon, rather than redefining, the style code she has established with the outdoor apparel company. Consequently, the collection reflects a harmonious blend of Bahnsen’s ultra-feminine silhouettes and The North Face’s mountaineering legacy.

Bahnsen explained that he doesn’t view these collections as distinct instances, but rather as continuous chapters in an investigation of how femininity and functionality can be harmoniously combined. The designs are crafted to not only harmonize with one another but also to align seamlessly with the natural way many women wear and style his collections.

At the forefront is the Himalayan Parka by Bahnsen, boasting an adjustable waist, floral details that are signature to Bahnsen, and a quilted skirt design inspired by their classic Scandinavian styles. In other offerings, Bahnsen has revamped the Denali Fleece Jacket and a simple Wool DOTKNIT essential layer, adding illustrative co-branding on the chest. The collection also features a crossbody bag modeled after vintage climbing rope bags, as well as two reinterpretations of The North Face Verto Boots and Traction Mules.

Bahsen noted that a dress delicately layered beneath a more technical coat creates an interesting contrast. Soft shapes combined with structured outwear results in a versatile wardrobe capable of seamlessly transitioning across different environments.

Check out the second team-up between Cecilie Bahnsen and The North Face, which is set to debut during the Fall/Winter 2025 season. Keep an eye out for more information!
