Apple unveiled the initial trailer for Side Quest, a forthcoming anthology series that Apple refers to as an “extension” of their existing office comedy series, Mythic Quest.
What happens in the Side Quest trailer?
The upcoming TV show’s teaser gives a glimpse into the storyline, focusing on characters who are connected to the virtual game Mythic Quest within the series. Structured like an anthology, each episode will stand alone, similar to how Mythic Quest episodes have been presented during its seasons.
Beginning March 26, 2025, a special four-part mini-series will air simultaneously as the Season 4 finale of Mythic Quest, making all four episodes accessible at once.

As a gaming enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be starring alongside some familiar faces from the hit show “Mythic Quest,” including the series leads Rob McElhenney, Anna Konkle, Derek Waters, William Stanford Davis, Bria Samoné Henderson, Rome Flynn, Leonard Robinson, Gary Kraus, Annamarie Kasper, Esai Morales, and Shalita Grant. These talented actors will be joining the cast of my upcoming adventure!
The TV series “Side Quest” was created and overseen by Ashly Burch, John Howell Harris, and Katie McElhenney. Additionally, Megan Ganz, Rob McElhenney, David Hornsby, Charlie Day, Todd Biermann, Nick Frenkel, Michel Rotenberg, Margaret Boykin, and Genevieve Jones are all involved in the production as executive producers.
