- Forward Bite – When Guardian Ebony Odogaron growls and pulls back its head, prepare to dodge it as it will bite forward. This is also followed by a second bite after a brief delay.
- Foreleg Swing – Prepare to dodge when the monster steps back and raises its right foreleg for a swing attack. This is then followed by another attack with its right foreleg.
- Forleg Swing and Bite – A combo attack that follows the animations in order.
