Initially posting a tribute in the afternoon, she later revised her caption that same evening.

As a devoted fan, I’ve felt compelled to express my sorrow over the loss of the extraordinary actress, Trachtenberg. It seems unusual to speak about it, but I feel it’s essential to acknowledge this heartbreaking news. Peering at an old photo of her, I remember our past encounters and our recent FaceTime call. Despite her noticeable change due to health issues, her radiant warmth and infectious humor remained unchanged.

Regrettably, things didn’t turn out as we had hoped. Cadenet ended her message expressing her wish for his peace. Unfortunately, she did not disclose any more details about our conversations or Trachtenberg’s hospitalization.

On February 26th, it was discovered that Trachtenberg was unconscious. Although the exact cause of death is yet to be verified, sources have informed PEOPLE that she had recently undergone a liver transplant, which later ABC News reported could have resulted in complications. In the past year, PEOPLE previously reported that Trachtenberg was facing physical and emotional challenges. Despite this, she chose not to disclose any medical conditions publicly to her fans.
