Netflix has unveiled the official trailer for the crime drama “Adolescence,” set to premiere in March 2025. This series, featuring Stephen Graham (from “This Is England” and “Boiling Point”), will be available for streaming starting on that date.

What happens in the Adolescence trailer?
The video presents Graham, portrayed as Eddie Miller, a father, who finds himself in the unimaginable situation when his teenage son, Jamie Miller, is suspected of murdering a classmate. The impact of this tragic event on Graham’s character and family life is vividly shown, as he struggles to accept that his son might be capable of such a horrific crime. Alongside Graham, the cast features Ashley Walters (from Top Boy) playing Bascombe, Erin Doherty from The Crown as Briony Ariston, and new talent Owen Cooper as Jamie Miller.
This show narrates how a family’s life is dramatically changed when 13-year-old Jamie Miller is accused of murdering a schoolmate. Graham portrays Jamie’s father and designated adult, Eddie Miller, while Walters plays Detective Inspector Luke Bascombe. Doherty becomes part of the cast as Briony Ariston, the psychologist handling Jamie’s case.
In the gaming world, I’m excitedly anticipating the upcoming miniseries titled “Adolescence,” which I understand is skillfully directed by Philip Barantini from a screenplay penned by the talented duo Graham and Jack Thorne. The star-studded cast includes Faye Marsay as Misha Frank, Christine Tremarco as Manda Miller, Amelie Pease as Lisa Miller, Jo Hartley as Mrs. Fenumore, Mark Stanley as Paul Barlow, and Claudius Peters as Frank. This promising production is executive produced by the likes of Graham, Barantini, Thorne, Dede Gardner, Brad Pitt, Carina Sposato, Nina Wolarsky, Emily Feller, Mark Herbert, Jeremy Kleiner, and Hannah Walters, with Jo Johnson taking on the role of producer.
