Empuraan: Game of Thrones star Jerome Flynn’s character from Mohanlal, Prithviraj Sukumaran starrer REVEALED

For a while now, everyone’s been buzzing about the movie “Empuraan,” starring Prithviraj Sukumaran and headlined by Mohanlal. This anticipated action-packed thriller will finally be gracing the big screen on March 27th.

For the past three weeks, the creators have been gradually unveiling new characters from the movie one by one, daily for 18 consecutive days. At specified times (10:00 AM and 6:00 PM) they post videos on their social media accounts. In these clips, each actor presents their character and shares stories about collaborating with director Prithviraj Sukumaran.

In their recent announcement, creators unveiled Jerome Flynn’s appearance for his character, Boris, in the upcoming action-thriller. Speaking about his part, the actor has mentioned that Boris significantly impacts Khureshi’s journey. It is also worth noting that the character portrayed by Mohanlal in this film is named Khureshi Ab’ram.

In addition, Flynn discussed his on-set adventure, explaining it seemed as though they were filming at a Delhi roundabout, even though they hadn’t filmed in India. He also shared that he can’t remember exactly how he joined the project, but he’s thrilled to be a part of it and feels grateful for being involved in the Mollywood industry.

Jerome Flynn expressed that India has played a significant role in his acting career, since he frequently travels there, particularly for spiritual getaways. He mentioned that this bond made filming Empuraan seem like returning to familiar grounds.

Flynn is primarily recognized for portraying Bronn in the globally celebrated series Game of Thrones. He has also made significant appearances in other well-liked shows like Black Mirror and films such as John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum, alongside Keanu Reeves. Empuraan signifies his first role in a film not originally produced in the English language.

In other words: Empuraan marks the third directorial project of Prithviraj Sukumaran after Lucifer and Bro Daddy. As per writer Murali Gopy, this film is considered as the second part of the Lucifer Trilogy, with the final chapter still to be penned.

This movie features an illustrious ensemble of actors like Manju Warrier, Saniya Iyyappan, Tovino Thomas, Indrajith Sukumaran, Fazil, along with several others, who play significant parts.
