The movie titled “Daaku Maharaaj,” featuring Nandamuri Balakrishna, made its debut on January 12, 2025, and can now be streamed online. Since its release, there’s been a buzz around it, and rumors suggest that actress Uravashi Rautela was paid approximately Rs 3 crores for her role in the film.
As per an article from ET Now, it’s stated that the actress was paid a substantial sum for her brief 3-minute role in the movie, which equates to approximately Rs 100 million or Rs 1 crore per minute. Remarkably, this high fee was earned despite her previous films not being successful, prior to starring in the film with NBK.
It seems that the actress has amassed such a significant amount primarily through her long-standing online popularity, although the exact payment mentioned currently remains unverified and speculative.
In the future, there’s been a lot of talk about Urvashi Rautela on the internet following news that her scene in the movie Daaku Maharaaj was removed before online streaming. However, according to reports, the parts featuring the actress were actually not excluded from Netflix. This claim was eventually debunked as the OTT version has her scenes included as intended.
