Dutch Creatives Found Love on the Dancefloor at the BACARDÍ x Patta Valentine’s Day Party

To celebrate Valentine’s Day, BACARDÍ teamed up with Patta to arrange an exclusive pop-up party in Amsterdam, the city where BACARDÍ is originally from. This was the second event in their collaborative series, designed to blend streetwear, music, and cocktails. The aim was to provide a venue for both old friends and new connections to mingle and bond.

Based on BACARDÍ’s guiding principle “Let Your Spirit Move You,” the invitation encouraged guests to freely showcase their individuality on the dance floor. Keeping this idea in mind, the organizers chose Amsterdam Noordwaards as the venue for the event, a place that has been embracing artists, musicians, and creative minds since its significant makeover in 2023.

To establish a festive atmosphere, Patta brought together their roster of DJs under the Patta Soundsystem banner, featuring BXXMBASTIC, DJ Drivah, and co-founder Edson Sabajo. The night was filled with hip-hop beats from the powerful speakers and branded booth, creating a harmonious blend with the red interior and flashing strobe lights that welcomed guests in a warm and romantic setting reminiscent of Valentine’s Day.








During the event, BACARDÍ offered a selection of their signature cocktails, including Mojitos for a refreshing twist and Cuba Libres with a sweet taste. The unique BACARDÍ X Patta Lobi Joe drink was particularly popular among guests. As the night progressed, Patta introduced the main performer, Bokoesam, who delighted the crowd with tracks from his album “New Wave” as well as “Love Doesn’t Exist”.

To make the evening memorable for guests, exclusive Patta T-shirts, a special edition designed in partnership with the rum brand, were distributed during the event. These T-shirts are not intended for public sale and serve as an exclusive “friends-and-family” piece, characterized by a striking pink heart on a long-sleeved white top.

The initial BACARDÍ X Patta pop-up event clearly showcased this, and the same electrifying spirit can be sensed at Noordwaards.
